David has been active in more than 75 political campaigns, raised millions of dollars for candidates and charity organizations, advised political and business leaders, introduced candidate Bill Clinton to the gay community, then publicly denounced the president when Clinton signed Don’t Ask Don’t Tell into law. David has spent years advocating for the rights of gays and lesbians to serve openly and proudly in the military. David is also an international public affairs/strategic planning consultant with expertise in HIV/AIDS, working on access, prevention and treatment projects both at home and abroad. |
